It is supposed to be searching for the word you typed in titles, descriptions and tags. But there is no way to combine two words together and search for both of them. So if I type say "Spanish comic". I will get results for one or two "spanish" results and ALL the deviations that have comic either in the title, description or tags. So basically the you might as well have just typed "comic" because the later will overshadow anything other you have been searching. All that could have been solved by having the option to search for deviations that only have BOTH words together. But there seems to be no way to tie those two words together. I've tried ""Spanish comic"", "SpanishANDcomic", "SpanishPLUScomic", "Spanish AND comic", "Spanish PLUS comic"... Nothing works. Some people have suggested using tags but that makes things worse, because many people use as many tags as possible to get more people to notice their work, so results get more and more irrelevant.
